WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 business day. On rare occasions processing can take 2-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your order and is being prepared to ship. Orders with tracking will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once its available. Estimated shipping timeline for US and Australia is 7-15 days. However, we are unable to issue refunds for shipping delays as they are beyond our control.

Please allow extra time for orders to be processed and shipped during holidays. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from China.

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES?

Because of the low value of our shipments taxes and duties are not usually charged, however, there is no guarantee. Some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties and related customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
